Applications of predictive modelling in medicine
Clinical prediction models are tools that combine multiple predictors by assigning relative weights to each predictor to obtain a risk or probability. Prediction model studies can be broadly categorised as model development, model validation or a combination of both. The following is an outline of my talk:
